The domain name www.singerbd.com and “SINGER Click & Pick” (hereinafter referred to as "Website") is owned by SINGER Bangladesh Ltd. a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1994 with its registered office at 39, Dilkusha Commercial Area Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh (hereinafter referred to as "SINGER BD or Singer").

Your use of the Website and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Website including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Website, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Website for such transaction. By mere use of the Website, You shall be contracting with Singer Bangladesh Limited and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with Singer Bangladesh.

The absence of an answer following such a demand will automatically cause the cancellation of the order within 2 days. We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of credit or debit card. ORDER PROCESSING:

Product will be delivered based on Stock Availability. Delivery could get delayed due to supply circumstances.
Order Which is paid by Card/Mobile banking through online will process after confirming from gateway/bank end.
Free Home Delivery for convenient locations though Bangladesh Only, for high rised buildings, product will be carried up to 2nd Floor for Free of Charge.
If any fraud transaction found and notified from Bank/Gateway end, we will hold/Cancel the order from order management portal.
For each order customer will get Email notification for Pending, Processing, Shipped or Cancel status.
If customer do not response the verification call from Singer Bangladesh, we have the right to hold/cancel the order.
Singer Bangladesh Limited reserves all the rights to update/cancel/hold order if any suspicious order (Fake ID, Invalid/Wrong Phone no, invalid Email or invalid address) or fraud online transaction found.

E-Voucher/Coupon Code/Promo Code/Discount Code:

E-Voucher will be delivered through the email given during the placement of order. E-Voucher will be sent after the product ordered is confirmed & successfully received by the customer. This E-Voucher can be redeemed in the next order placed at www.singerbd.com. Only One E-Voucher can be redeemed in a single order.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY:

Singer Bangladesh Limited believes in service and customer satisfaction. If you have any problem related to your purchase, please feel free to call us at 09606600600 or 16482 or send email us to [email protected], In general the return window remains open for 3 days from the purchase date and after that the product is automatically entitled with warranty as per the brand and company policy.

An item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

Was delivered in a physically damaged condition,
Has missing parts or accessories,
Is different from what was ordered or described in the website.

Please note that Products displayed at any offer or campaign or sale and marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned, all items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact (if any), user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. We may reject the return/ pickup if the item(s) are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.

For electronic devices please remove any stored personal information (Picture, video, Messages etc.) or any modifications (password, screen lock pattern etc.) before returning the product.

- CANCELLATION & REFUND:

Delivery of the ordered items is subject to availability of the products at our warehouse. Singer Bangladesh Limited may cancel any order within three working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is temporarily unavailable.
If the customer agrees to wait for the availability of the stock of the product (s), the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for a maximum of 07 days.
If the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund, provided the order has not received any cashback or is not under any offer/ campaign. If received, the cashback/ offer amount will be adjusted with the refund amount. Refunds may take up to 15 working days.
Once the order is confirmed, if the order is cancelled by customer request and the payment is made online, Singer Bangladesh Limited will charge online payment transaction processing fee while disbursing the refund.

- RETURN / REPLACEMENT MAY NOT BE APPLIED IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

If There is any physical damage that are made intentionally or accidentally,
Any consumable/ unauthorized item which has been used or installed,
Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers,
Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty,
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Replacement of the product is subject to availability of the same on Singer Bangladesh Limited. If not found, customers may be asked for a refund or any other modality agreed by both parties. Shipping charges or the courier expense made for the product return is non-refundable.

EMI PAYMENT ON BANGLADESHI CREDIT CARD:

As soon as you complete your purchase order on singerbd.com, you will see the full amount charged on your credit card.
The EMI processing will be handled by the bank itself **. After 7-10 working days, your bank will convert this into EMI.
From your next billing cycle, you will be charged the EMI amount and your credit limit will be reduced by the outstanding amount.
If you do not receive an updated monthly bank statement reflecting your EMI transactions for the following month, please contact your card issuer bank for further assistance.
For example, if you have made a 3-month EMI purchase of BDT 30,000 and your credit limit in your card is BDT 1, 00,000 considering no other transaction done with the card, then your bank will block your credit limit by BDT 30,000 and thus your available credit limit after the purchase will only be BDT 70,000. As and when you pay your EMI every month, your credit limit will be released accordingly
EMI facilities with the aforementioned Banks are regulated as per their terms and conditions and these terms may vary from one bank to another.
